Work on yet another RichCat Administration Suite project has begun! Currently in the beginning stages, We plan on implementing an advanced management system for both staff members and clients alike to track, manage, comment, and control projects.
Through this new system clients will be able to:
- Track every aspect of their order with us
- See percent complete on each task
- View comments from the staff regarding each stage of the project
- Comment on progress
- Chat live with a staff member regarding their project
- View previews of the different stages of their project
- And submit suggestions or feedback directly from their projects page.
We are highly anticipating this new project and are looking forward to any feedback we get on its results. |
