Bio
Jordan Richmeier began learning the intricate art of programming during his first years of highschool, by the time he entered into his senior year he was working as a software developer for Savian building development tools for SaS programmers.
Jordan moved to Phoenix to attend Collins College for a degree in game design during which he worked as a graphic artist at the architecture firm Linderoth and Asc. Here he built tools and scripts for 3d Max and Photoshop to aid the marketing department increase productivity and maximize work flow efficiency. He also built several other programs using Virtools to provide online 3d walkthroughs of street scapes and house models.
After college Jordan worked as a data administrator, and web developer for Kasa Capital. Here he started developing web products, scripts, and widgets to aid in display of mass data to the customer. While he was working at Kasa Jordan started working as a freelance consultant building websites and scripts.
Merging his consulting business with Bill Wallbaums design company Cat's Imaging and Design to create RichCat D&D, Jordan now co-owns the business and develops advanced websites and new scripts on a daily basis.
Scripts
Scripting Approach:
I believe scripts should be compact, elegant, and easy to understand while maintaining the feeling of control and flexibility. Built to allow the user to implement their effects with as little code as possible, while providing the seasoned developer with the deep coding control over the widgets behavior and events make them easy to install and flexible to the needs of the coder.
These scripts were built useing the Mootools 1.2.4 (my object oriented tools) core JavaScript framework as their base.
